Privacy notice

Last updated October 19, 2026

This notice explains how we handle the personal information you send us through the contact form on this website. In this notice, “17z,” “we,” and “us” refer collectively to the affiliated entities that operate under the 17z name.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide:

• your name and email address;
• the topic you select;
• any link you share, such as a deck or company overview; and
• the content of your message.

Our website host also processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and filter spam. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use this information only to read and respond to your message, to evaluate any investment opportunity or proposal you describe, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Your submission is seen by the people at 17z who review incoming messages. It is stored by the service providers that host this website and process its forms, which may be located outside your country. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on any resulting discussion, and generally for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you. Information relating to an investment we make may be kept longer where needed for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons. After that, it is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
